  1. How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request. If you need your order sooner, an urgent request fee will apply to expedite your order. We understand that last-minute needs arise, and we’ll do our best to fulfill them, but this fee ensures proper time for preparation.

2. Is a deposit required to confirm my order?

Yes, to secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures we can begin preparing your order. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of pick-up.

3. How do I pick up my order?

All orders are for pick-up only at one of our designated locations (RVA or Hampton Roads). After your order is confirmed, we will work with you to schedule a pick-up time that aligns with the available times listed on our website. Please click here for more details.

4. How do I check availability and pick-up times?

Please check my calendar on the website to confirm availability before placing your order. Pick-up times are also listed there, and you’ll need to coordinate accordingly.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Cash App, Apple Pay, Square, and Venmo. Please be aware that Venmo payments will incur a 3% transaction fee.

6. Is my order guaranteed after submitting an inquiry?

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your order. It is simply a request, and I reserve the right to decline based on availability or other factors. I will confirm your order within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.

7. What happens if I need to place an urgent order?

For any orders placed less than two weeks in advance, an urgent request fee will apply. While we strive to accommodate rush orders, this fee helps us maintain the quality and care we put into every dessert.
